I am incredibly pleased with the service we received from Potter when our furnace went down on Christmas day. They were prompt and easy to work with but what impressed me most was their willingness to stand by their work and not charge for a few of the parts that ended up not being the fix. This is something we have not experienced with other contractors. When it inevitably came time to replace the furnace all together, they worked with our budget and had a complete install turned around in just a few days right in the middle of the Holiday season. Other companies we spoke with were weeks away from even being able to come take a look. We are incredibly appreciative of the help from Kyle, Rick, Lloyd, and Christine to get us up and running. Thank you!!

Quick to reply and schedule a visit. Knowledgable and shared problem areas visibly and explained the problem. Quoted work, parts and then completed in a timely manner. Scheduled additional work that needs to be done. Technician personable and made certain to keep area clean and free of work related debris

We needed an emergency call for a gas leak in our furnace, late on the night before christmas eve. Potter had someone to our house in under 2 hours and had us safe and functional before he left. Fantastic service and great people, no need to look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
The Potter team came, diagnosed my water heater issues, worked with the manufacturer to get my warranty, and then came back and installed the replacement. Both sets of technicians were excellent, friendly and very professional. I would recommend the Potter team!
