The Potter Team came thru for me when my furnace stopped working in 20 degrees weather. Both technicians Greg and Kayle who came to my house were courteous, knowledgable and great individuals, I cannot thank them enough. I will usee Potter for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.
Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in for an emergency call, figured out the problem quickly and resolved it for us to get heat restored on a very cold December night. We will definitely be keeping the company in mind for future HVAC needs.

Professional and quality service
Had Potter do some work on my oil furnace. Had an issue with the part they replaced and was told it was out of warranty and I would have to pay for them to check it out. I was not happy with that answer at all. Word of the situation got back to Dave the owner and he reached out to me personally and made things right and fixed the issues I was having. Very happy with the end results and Dave's commitment to making his customers happy
