They always do a good through job.
Cody Kelly from Potter plumbing and heading did an outstanding job snaking my eaves drain from the house to the street.
He was on time, very polite, knew exactly what needed to be done and explained every step.
It was almost 200 ft to clear the blockage.
Afterwards he cleaned and replaced things so you couldn't tell he'd been there.
Cody is an ex Marine, so Semper Fi and thank you for your service. Potter is lucky to have him.

We had a tankless "on demand " water heater installed to make room for a utility sink in our mud room. Not only were the installers (HVAC and plumbers) professional and courteous, they explained the installation process throughly. Also, when they had to leave the job site (parts, etc.), they informed us. They truly were awesome, the office staff were great as well.

Great service and experience when using Potter. We have had lots of work completed including new tankless water heater and furnace and have been very pleased. I highly recommend them.
