Professional and quality service
Had Potter do some work on my oil furnace. Had an issue with the part they replaced and was told it was out of warranty and I would have to pay for them to check it out. I was not happy with that answer at all. Word of the situation got back to Dave the owner and he reached out to me personally and made things right and fixed the issues I was having. Very happy with the end results and Dave's commitment to making his customers happy
We are longtime Potter customers and have always received excellent service. Our most recent appointment a couple days before Thanksgiving was no exception. Dunstan was sent out to inspect our ailing furnace, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us all of our repair options. We also had an appointment today with Lloyd, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided a wealth of information about furnace replacement in case we decided to go that route. The office staff also is fantastic every time we call with questions or to set up service appointments. We are always very happy with Potter's work and customer service. We highly recommend them!

So glad that I went with Potter heating and cooling for my new furnace. Had a slight issue as a result of the installation. Called them up in the morning and they sent out a technician a couple hours later. Kyle showed up took one look at it and said he knows what the problem is and how to fix it. Work was covered under the installation warranty. I appreciate Potter's commitment to their customers. Also, five star rating for Kyle's customer service.
