We had a MAJOR plumbing issue and Sebastian of Potter Heating Cooling and Plumbing did a great job. There was a corroded pipe causing major issues(every homeowners nightmare!) Sebastian located the issue, repaired it and replaced the toilet. Special shoutout to Plumbers Local 13 for recommending this union shop! They do great work.
Cody came out and diagnosed the issue we were having on our new house. Cody was very thorough in explaining what was going on with our plumbing and hot water tank. The scheduling staff was always very pleasant and easy to talk to as well! I will defiantly be using them for future HVAC/Plumbing needs.
Ricky was the absolute best. I've had a recurring issue with my HVAC and they have been able to come out within a day, and try a couple of different solutions. Anytime a fix didn't work, he would make sure we weren't charged and that we figured out what the underlying issue was - and not just new bandaids. High recommend, will call again in 10 years when we need a new install. :)
I had a water heater replaced. Kyle and Cody were very professional and took the time to answer my questions. They found a small gas leak and took care of that as well. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I appreciated the good customer service all around, which is hard to come by these days! I will definitely use their services again.
My sink drain fell apart and Potter's plumber got it back together super fast and the job was done right. Plumber was polite and very professional. thank you
I was very happy with the whole process. The pricing was great, the install happened very quickly after approving quote, and everything was cleaned up after the install. Would highly recommend Potter Heating and Cooling, and they will be the first call I make when we require any additional work or service.
Very professional and responsive to our no-heat Furnace needs. Price for the quality service was fair. Troy was excellent. 5 stars will absolutely use again in the future. Even had the opportunity to discuss potentially adding AC to our house while Troy was repairing the furnace. Definitely something we are considering!
