This was a new installation of a mini-split heating/ cooling unit. Both technicians were very pleasant and talked to us about where we wanted the inside and outside components installed. We were also instructed on how to operate the unit.
My only comment is how long they had our whole house electric turned off, pretty much the whole time they were here. There must be a more efficient way of adding a circuit to an electrical box.
Cody, the plumber who replaced our toilet, was amazing. He was efficient, knowledgeable, personable and so clean! This is the second job he has done for us and we would welcome him back again. But I really hope we don't need him for a while!
I have used Potter HVAC for both my furnace and AC...always great service. Unfortunately, we needed emergency plumbing service this weekend and I am so thankful that Potter added that to their repertoire. Sebastian was excellent, from the minute of the initial phone call to the completion of the service, and I appreciate the follow-up phone call this morning. I love supporting local, I love supporting veteran-owned businesses, and I love the customer service here. Cannot recommended Potter highly enough!
Very happy with my new system install. Adam and Shamus were both great to deal with and the install went smooth. We were guided through the whole process and ensured it was working correctly once done. They were timely and prioritized the task at hand, cleaned up nicely and we highly recommend them for professional service

Highly recommend Potter! My sump pump clogged during the 4 inches of rain my area received on 3/31/26, my basement started flooding with water, and Potter was the only company who had someone available that evening. The fire department pumped my basement out and left me a pump so I was able to reschedule Potter for a later time.
When Sebastian from Potter came a week after the rain, my sump pump had been running 24/7, I'd been supplementing with the fire dept pump, and was just managing to keep the water at bay. Sebastian quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently and with great expertise. He was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my pump running properly again.
Within an hour of Sebastian's departure, the water was no longer running into my sump pump basin and I was finally able to relax after a stressful, anxiety-filled week. When water does trickle into my basin now, my sump pump runs even more efficiently than before and shuts off as it should. I'm so grateful for Potter's assistance!
Ricky was a few minutes early which suited my schedule. He found the problem and obtained the cost to repair the furnace. He cautioned me about the age of the unit with the cost. When I decided to go ahead with the repair, he traveled to get the repair part and returned to install it. He was very professional and efficient.
