Ricky did our annual inspection of our furnace and was a cool dude
Highly recommend Potter! My sump pump clogged during the 4 inches of rain my area received on 3/31/26, my basement started flooding with water, and Potter was the only company who had someone available that evening. The fire department pumped my basement out and left me a pump so I was able to reschedule Potter for a later time.
When Sebastian from Potter came a week after the rain, my sump pump had been running 24/7, I'd been supplementing with the fire dept pump, and was just managing to keep the water at bay. Sebastian quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently and with great expertise. He was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get my pump running properly again.
Within an hour of Sebastian's departure, the water was no longer running into my sump pump basin and I was finally able to relax after a stressful, anxiety-filled week. When water does trickle into my basin now, my sump pump runs even more efficiently than before and shuts off as it should. I'm so grateful for Potter's assistance!
Ricky was a few minutes early which suited my schedule. He found the problem and obtained the cost to repair the furnace. He cautioned me about the age of the unit with the cost. When I decided to go ahead with the repair, he traveled to get the repair part and returned to install it. He was very professional and efficient.
Randomly the pressure switches on my boiler went last week and I called and they came at 9 pm at night to get it back up and running. Super professional and keeps you informed the entire way. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you potters.

Sebastian did a fabulous job fixing our plumbing issue. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to us and proceeded to fix it. He was personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely contract with Potter again.

Can't say enough good about Sebastian from Potter, who came out on a Sunday to replace a faulty hot water heater. He was extremely helpful and patient over the phone before the visit, worked quickly, and was exceptionally kind and friendly.
Wow, these people were wonderful. I had a problem with my hot water. Sebastian checked everything, relit the pilot. and it was good to go. He was very pleasant and professional. I am so pleased at the range of services they offer you as well.
