Absolutely stellar service. There techs are very knowledgeable, thorough, polite. They are a veteran owned company which is the main reason I chose them for my heating repairs. As a veteran myself I love supporting other veterans. I would recommend them everytime.
We had a baseboard for our boiler that hadn't been used for over 10+ years. Ricky came out and realized that it was air locked immediately. He flushed the system and got it working for us at a super affordable cost. He was personable and made it a painless experience. We've had three different companies come out for different things since we purchased our home but will now continue to use Potter from here on out because it was a great experience.
