Cody displayed an enhanced knowledge of plumbing services and we were impressed with all aspects of our interaction. The quote for work was more than fair and we will use this company for all our needs in the services they provide.
We needed emergency service on a Sunday for a clogged kitchen sink. David (owner of Potter) personally called me in response to my anxious request. He sent a very kind and capable plumber named Sebastian to solve the problem. Sebastian was here in less than an hour and explained everything and was a pleasure to talk to, he will be requested on any future issues if available.
I feel the price was fair for a Sunday call and the quality of service Potter provided.

Around 7:30pm on a Friday night, I notice a water leak in my ceiling. I called the emergency number for Potter and within an hour a plumbing tech was at my house. The tech was very knowledgeable and very understanding to be coming to my house at 9pm on a Friday night. They were very thorough and quickly diagnosed the issue. Thankfully, it was a grout and tile issue instead of a leaking pipe in the walls. The tech double and triple checked that he diagnosed the issue before leaving. Since it wasn't a plumping issue that they could help with I was only charged for the emergency call. Which I was happy to pay for since I was worried the water would bust through my ceiling any minute. I HIGHLY recommend Potter to anyone.
Lastly, I want to shout out their tech, Cody Kelly, who came to this call. Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Cody is also very personable and we spent a good half hour talking after he found the problem. Top notch service all around.

Great service and fast response time! I recently had my A/C unit stop working, and Potter sent Josh out to make the repairs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly to get everything back up and running. I really appreciated his excellent service and would be more than happy to use Potter for any future HVAC needs.
From the very beginning to meeting Josh "Prince" (who treated us like royalty) to the very end getting our new air conditioner installed by Kyle (who is so meticulous) and Seamus (who was such a hard worker), we were impressed with their professionalism AND kindness. Courtney was also so professional and followed up with us.
They are genuinely wonderful human beings who care about their customers. They treated our home and this experience like it was their own home. They went above and beyond making this entire process seamless. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and Potter Heating and Cooling & Plumbing.
