I've used Potter Heating and Cooling for a few years for maintenance of my HVAC system. Just had them install a new system and they did a great job. They arrived on time and kept us updated to their progress. Work was completed in one day. The office called the next day to check in to make sure we were satisfied and that the air conditioning was working. Great company with great communication.
Service was completely quickly and efficiently.

Dropped one start due to arrival way past the window provided. I was told 8-noon and wasn't at my place till after 1pm.
(I understand that sometimes John's run over schedule. However I had a personal emergency and had to leave town quickly. I called early morning to let them know and requested to be moved up on the schedule if possible. Instead, I was the last visit.)
This a first class operation. They care about their customers and go out of their way to be the best they can be. Professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC/Plumbing services.
Very easy process from start to finish when they replaced my old furnace.
Being without A/C for 4 weeks during our recent heat wave was not a good time for the 22-year old unit to break. After getting estimates from several companies we went with Potter and it was the right choice. Two technicians worked in the attic which had temps of 130 degrees, for 2 days. We now have a new, updated system, and we are so grateful to their dedication to the company but more importantly to the customer. We give an ultimate positive review to the entire Potter team involved.

I got lucky 17 years ago when I had my home built. I was referred to Potter. I've never regretted that referral! From the office to the technicians! So if you have any needs in heating cooling and plumbing, you won't regret it! And I'm not getting paid! (I don't think) just kidding, yet not about Potter's
Expert Plumbing repairs and excellent HVAC work in the past!
It's not often I have had a repair experience that left me as pleased and confident in the workmanship that I have had with Potter. A few months ago, they expertly installed a new furnace in my home. Today, repairs were performed on large pipes in my basement. Both jobs were professionally completed and I couldn't be happier!
