Potter is such a reliable company, I've used them for years at my house for my furnace. Kyle from there is wonderful, he will take time to answer questions and taught us multiple things about our system. As a woman it's nice to have a service provider that doesn't condescend you or mansplain the entire time. He's worked on the house without us there and had no issues. We'll be requesting him for all our future needs if he's available, but everyone at Potter from the scheduler to the service providers has been excellent.
It was 8:30p and our furnace would not work. I called their number and a service expert came to my house and fixed it. This may sound like no big deal, but I was leaving for a trip in the morning. He was cordial and understanding. We truly feel blessed and will rely on them exclusively in the future. Thank you Nate!

Installation specialists Ken and Shamus did an outstanding job replacing my 21 year old Carrier furnace with a new Carrier unit!
They did the job in a very reasonable amount of time, professionally and hauled away the old equipment after allowing me to inspect the issue(s) that required the unit replacement, per my request.
Ken stayed long enough to run the unit through a few cycles to make sure all was well.
Prior to that, the project estimator, Josh Prince found the unit that would best suit my homes heating requirements!

I got 2 quotes for a new furnace install. Potter won with several factors making my choice. They quoted on Monday 02-02-26 and installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace on 02-05-26. They did a good job. I was happy with their work. The guys were nice, and new what they were doing in all phases of the job. They didnt mind me watching and answered all my questions. After turning gas back on my hot water tank would not light and they pulled the burner out and cleaned the pilot light parts and she fired right back up. Im very satisfied with it so far. Our old furnace was a 70 year old Lennox that honestly didnt owe me a dime. It was just time to send that old girl to the furnace cloud in the sky. Now saturday its -1 degree and the wind is blowing. The new furnace is getting a real workout 3 days after install. So time will tell how new verses old holds up. Thank you Potter heating for being a US military family owned company and hireing military family people.
