Expert Plumbing repairs and excellent HVAC work in the past!
It's not often I have had a repair experience that left me as pleased and confident in the workmanship that I have had with Potter. A few months ago, they expertly installed a new furnace in my home. Today, repairs were performed on large pipes in my basement. Both jobs were professionally completed and I couldn't be happier!
cody was great and thorough with the plumbing job highly recommended. he did a great job.
Josh and Connor installed an A.O. Smith 40 gallon water heater. They arrived during the designated time frame, were courteous, knowledgeable, explained how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out, and answered all of our questions regarding the new water heater. They did an excellent job.
Potter is always reliable. The USA maintenance plan is a great program. Josh delivered great service and explained everything he did with great clarity. Thank you!

These guys are the best! We purchased a home with an AC unit that was originally purchased through Potter and needed some repairs. They covered the cost of the repairs entirely. Very responsive and the tech was awesome.
