Called on a Saturday because the toilet tank wouldn't fill. I heard back right away and had service within a short time. The technician was very friendly and explained the problem. I am definitely pleased with their service.
Cody was on call when my husband called for a sluggish drain that needed a snake. Cody was cheery, upfront about estimating pricing and a good communicator. Upon arrival he was respectful of my home and did a thorough inspection and clean out job. He shared knowledge and took his time. I am 100% satisfied with the work Cody did and would absolutely recommend Potter and would call them again.

This is the best plumbing company that I've ever dealt with. I had problems with my boiler. Rick came through and as always fixed it know exactly what to do very polite very knowledgeable An extremely Professional If you ever need someone to look at a furnace or a boiler call Potter and ask for Rick believe me you would not be disappointed. This man is outstanding and he knows his job better than anyone I've ever met.
The plumber, Cody, is skilled and friendly. We would request him next time a plumber is needed.
