This place is a 10 out of 10. I foolishly waited until it was freezing out to turn my heat on this year just to find out my furnace was dead after 25 years of service. David got me a new furnace for much less than I was expecting. Now the install was even more impressive. The technician (Shawn) shows up at my house, on time, and had the old furnace removed and the new furnace installed in less then 2 hours without any trace (besides a working furnace) of him ever being here. This is the kind of service you can only get from a local company that puts customers first.

We had a plumbing issue that required us to turn our water off and needed help getting a repair completed on a Sunday in order to turn the water back on. Cody came out and provided plumbing service and was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Highly recommend.
30 year old Weil McLain gas boiler furnace needed evaluation and maintenance. I called potter because of the military basis of their staff per commercials. 4 of 5 members of my family served for/in the army. Troy H. was a marvelous reminder of focus and character. Prompt, skilled, methodical, thorough. Practically stood on his head to reach difficult positions. Definitely personable, but Not hard-sell, to the point that I even signed up for their annual contract. After the first visit I trust him, and them. Quite reasonable in pricing, and Troy said with care my furnace should be fine...and i say, may we all!
