Potter Heating did an annual furnace inspection for us and we were very pleased with the service . Our technician, Ricky, was very prompt and friendly , and he explained everything he did to check out our furnace.

My 25+ year old boiler system stopped working on Thanksgiving Day. I called Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing the next day to inquire about when a tech could come look at it. The office employee, Courtney, said a tech could be out the next morning. The tech, Troy, arrived on time for the appointment on Saturday. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was quickly able to figure out the problem with the system and gave me an estimate for the cost to repair it. Since parts were needed and he did not have them with him at the time, Troy needed to come back to do the actual repair. When he arrived Monday morning he informed me that he originally had a different appointment scheduled but he asked that customer if they would be willing to reschedule due to my issue of having no heat in my house being more of an urgent issue than what they were experiencing. I thought that was so thoughtful and a great way of going above and beyond for a customer! Troy was able to complete all of the necessary work and had my boiler system back up and running in no time! I was so pleased to finally be able to heat my house again! Unfortunately about an hour after Troy left the system decided it wanted to stop working again. I called the office and spoke with Courtney again who said she would get Troy back out as soon as possible. He arrived a couple of hours later and again in no time assessed the situation, figured out the issue (which just ended up being a faulty switch that he replaced earlier that day), and fixed it again in no time! I am beyond pleased with the service I received both from the office and the technician! Thank you so much! My house is nice and warm again!!
We found Potter through a friend and decided to use them for our furnace cleaning. The company was on point with their communication and the technician Mark Mainwaring was very professional and friendly. I will definitely use Potter again and recommend them to everyone
