I self-installed an AC unit - maybe it was overconfidence, the fact I really wanted something with a newer refrigerant, or just in general like to learn. Thought I had a leak due to the symptoms. Mark came out as the main tech. He was patient with me asking questions, and was very knowledgeable in answering them. They checked my work, recovered, leak tested, no leaks. Charged and had the same symptoms.

Mark immediately just started digging in to get details. Then he stopped the clock. He gathered all the information on the unit, and did all the leg work on contacting the manufacturer for me. Said he'd call me back by the next day with updates. He called me that night, already had the manufacturer all of his checks and evidence, collected just a bit of info for me, and I've already got a new unit on the way to me.

He had to have spent an hour or so researching and handling support - I didn't see a bill for that time, only the field time. Now it's not to say Potter is cheap, but their labor is fair. So what I gather from all of this is that they pay their employees decently (hopefully) and we see that. I learned a lot, I have the problem identified and it will be solved, and overall everyone was great every step of the way. Even though I felt like a complete idiot, I actually felt relief in that no one was condescending to me.

When I called originally, I wish I remembered her name to give credit, but the woman on the phone listened to me, laughed with me about just throwing in the towel, and was knowledgeable herself or got the answers needed right away. From the beginning I had great confidence.

I will use Potter again in a heartbeat. I never once felt pressured, or questioning of anything being said or explained, and everyone in the whole process was professional. Potter, whatever it is your doing, DO NOT CHANGE IT, you're doing it right.

Our experience with Potter was excellent all the way through. Dory scheduled us and was very pleasant and informative. She was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable time frame. I received a text in advance of Mark's arrival, which I really appreciated. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix it the same day which was a nice bonus! Again, overall a very positive experience from a group that clearly knows what they're doing!

This company was quick in taking care of my original problem and diagnosed some issues with my furnace and recommended a new one. Me, being the skeptic I am, I researched everything I was told. The diagnosis was on the money and the estimate was in the ballpark by guidelines. There was a slight delay in the estimate getting to me, and the owner of the company called and apologized for that. That to me shows this company and it's people want to keep customers happy. As I said, I'm a skeptic and always keep my eyes open, but, this company impressed me. I highly recommend them for HVAC work.

Potter has the greatest customer service and always follows thru with what they say. Their service man Rick is the absolute best for air conditioning and we would recommend him to anyone, We have dealt with Potter for years for our yearly furnace check up and would also advise anyone to keep in mind that having Potter check your furnace every year is well wirth it. You do not want to lose your heat in the winter. Also if you have air conditioning Rick has 16 years of experience and it is also a good idea to have your A.C checked too.

I called Potter to have them come out and fix my air conditioner. The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. One of them was The apprentice and was so very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The gentleman training him was doing a very good job and explaining everything to him and myself. Price was great. Very satisfied with the service from them
