Good products, good people who know what they're doing and do what they say they'll do when they say they will do it. To me, it is a plus that the technicians who install or repair in my house are veterans of our military. I trust them, and I don't say that about many people or organizations.
Kyle was our service guy! Very polite, very helpful, very professional in all his manors!
I believe it was Jessica in the office the couple of times I called to set up appointments to have my furnace fixed, and she was very helpful, communicating was on point, and over all a great experience with Potter!

These guys are great to work with , I called in AM with a big plumbing problem Dave the owner called me right back and had someone to my house within a couple hours to help with a septic system problem Sebastian did a great job to get the system back up and running again and we have a game plan to repair the sagging pipe under my driveway so no problems in the future. I look forward to working with Dave and his team to resolve my problems. I cant say enough of how happy I am with Potter Heating And Cooling And Plumbing 5 stars they have a customer for life

The consummate professionals! Courteous, professional and friendly. The office responds promptly to calls and makes the customer feel comfortable with the process from start to finish. We really appreciate their patience and professionalism. Highly recommend.
We can't say enough of about all the employees at Potter Heating and how quickly they helped to install our new boiler and tankless water heater.
Shawn and Cody are very hard workers and didn't stop all day till job was completed. We were very pleased with their experience and how they cleaned up after the install.
Chris was very helpful in answering all our questions and always available.
Christine in the office got things arranged and done so we were not without heat and hot water for to many days .
We are very satisfied with this company and so very happy we chose to do business with them and are looking forward to having them yearly or anytime we need them for our heating and plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

Kenny was incredible. I have a furnace that needed service in Farmington because it wouldn't turn on. I had another company come out who couldn't figure out the issue. I called Potter and they came out the next day. Kenny was on time and let me know with a text that he was on the way. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, and got the furnace back up and running again. Definitely would recommend calling if you need a HVAC company.
