5 star review for Kyle, we appreciate his professional but friendly approach to his work and company. He provided a recap of his work and the status of our heating system. As we need service in the future we hope to see him again.
I'm happy I called potters just because I was honest with the people and told them it was our first home with a boiler heater. They sent Troy over who not only looked everything over but taught us how a boiler system fully works. He then came in the house and check all the baseboards as well. Troy told us how to clean them and the angle to set the baseboards at to optimize heat from them. I just liked to thank Potters on the amazing job and the time their employees took to help our family out.
Kenny was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why as I asked him questions. He was very thorough.
