I am very grateful to Potter Heating Cooling for their very responsive and professional work replacing my indirect water tank. Two days after getting and accepting the quote to replace it, the top blew off of it. I called Courtney and she was able to get Mark out to replace it that day, four days ahead of my scheduled replacement! Mark was excellent and tolerated multiple inquisitive kids, cats, dog, etc. while completing the job!

Good products, good people who know what they're doing and do what they say they'll do when they say they will do it. To me, it is a plus that the technicians who install or repair in my house are veterans of our military. I trust them, and I don't say that about many people or organizations.
Kyle was our service guy! Very polite, very helpful, very professional in all his manors!
I believe it was Jessica in the office the couple of times I called to set up appointments to have my furnace fixed, and she was very helpful, communicating was on point, and over all a great experience with Potter!

These guys are great to work with , I called in AM with a big plumbing problem Dave the owner called me right back and had someone to my house within a couple hours to help with a septic system problem Sebastian did a great job to get the system back up and running again and we have a game plan to repair the sagging pipe under my driveway so no problems in the future. I look forward to working with Dave and his team to resolve my problems. I cant say enough of how happy I am with Potter Heating And Cooling And Plumbing 5 stars they have a customer for life
