Our furnace acted up on one of the coldest days of the year. Called Potter. Christina had a tech, Jake, at our house in about two hours. Both of them were personable, professional, and helpful. Jake had us up and running in under two hours. Highly recommend Potters!
I would have expected the garage wall to be replaced that you removed and the electric plug to be attached. They were not. As for your workers, I could not ask for a better team.

Very happy with Potter, I had a problem with a pipe that had frozen and split over the winter, when I called, there man showed up within the hour and replaced the split pipe. I called a couple other local plumbers and the first one said they could be out in 3-4 days and it took the other one two days to return my call. Thanks for the great service !
Potter recently installed a new complete system in one of my buildings. From start to finish the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new furnace or AC unit.
