Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing were VERY prompt (usually within a couple hours) in returning phone calls during the decision making process. The other companies we investigated took more than 24 hours to respond. Scheduling the date of installation for our Furnace and AC unit was very simple and they came right on time. The final cost was competitive and the service was great. I highly recommend this company.
