The Potter team are simply fantastic. Lloyd spent the time listening to my family's needs for HVAC, was thoughtful about our home and how to make a system work, and keep communication throughout the process.
Shawm and Cazim arrived as scheduled, and with every step, respected our home and did absolutely fabulous work. Their ductwork was flawless, they were careful with the new system, and took the time to make sure every aspect of their work was perfect. They were complete professionals and our family is grateful to the entire Potter team.

Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing were VERY prompt (usually within a couple hours) in returning phone calls during the decision making process. The other companies we investigated took more than 24 hours to respond. Scheduling the date of installation for our Furnace and AC unit was very simple and they came right on time. The final cost was competitive and the service was great. I highly recommend this company.
