I had a new hot water heater installed. The service technician, Sebastian Irizrarry, was professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his service.
Courtney was pleasant, professional & explained the process for services. My technician, Greg, was also friendly & professional. I am a happy & satisfied new customer of Potter.
However, In my opinion, the service fee to come out should be deducted from the cost of labor when the customer agrees to obtain their services especially when the diagnosis & replacement part only takes less than 10 minutes! I am grateful for the timely service but believe the charge was a bit excessive.
They are knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and very professional. I like that they are local and locally owned. I recommend Potter.
I was able to set up the job for just a couple of days after the day I called. Cody was my service technician. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed, was incredibly courteous and respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently to run my gas line. I couldn't recommend him enough. The job ended up costing a little more than I anticipated, but it did involve drilling through solid concrete, so it is what it is.

Troy was the Technician, he was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions even as he had a busy schedule. Nice guy. Scheduling through the office was quick, easy and accommodating. I was not required to make a payment because the system was under the one year service and parts coverage for a new installation.
We had our propane water heater replaced with an electric one and I can't say enough about how great Potter is at what they do. This is the second time I have called them. The first, they replaced and reinstalled my heat runs that apparently some critter pulled down and destroyed so only 1/2 of my house was getting heat. Both times I have been very happy. Living in a mobile home, trying to squeeze & crawl under it is a nightmare. These guys didn't have a problem with getting the job done. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. And affordable too. I wish I had called them when I needed my furnace replaced a few years ago instead of getting ripped off by my propane company.
