At 1am on Thanksgiving Eve we got a bad leak in our basement water line. We called over ten places and the only one to not only come, but did so with such a great attitude despite having to come 40 minutes in the middle of the night ON A HOLIDAY was Cody from Potter!
He was so upbeat and knowledgeable and didn't overcharge despite me being ready to fork out a small fortune for emergency holiday hours.

I could not have had a better experience with Potter. A trusted HVAC Contractor told us we needed to replace an old boiler which would have cost thousands. Potters did a few minor repairs and explained why the boiler should be good for years to come. Greg also inspected and advised me on an ancient furnace in a rent house. I had been unable to find another contractor who was willing and able to provide the service.
Potter was hands down the best at installing my new furnace and heat pump! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. From scheduling to installing and service they are a 10/10.
