I'm happy I called potters just because I was honest with the people and told them it was our first home with a boiler heater. They sent Troy over who not only looked everything over but taught us how a boiler system fully works. He then came in the house and check all the baseboards as well. Troy told us how to clean them and the angle to set the baseboards at to optimize heat from them. I just liked to thank Potters on the amazing job and the time their employees took to help our family out.
Kenny was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why as I asked him questions. He was very thorough.

We're extremely pleased with the HVAC system installed. It's very quiet and efficient and surpasses our expectations. The entire staff was very easy with whom to work with no pressure from them and a genuine desire to meet our needs while staying within our budget. The installers were friendly, professional, on time, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The overall experience was stress free and extremely positive. The military discount was an added bonus. We would highly recommend them to anyone who would ask our opinion.
