I called Potter to have them come out and fix my air conditioner. The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. One of them was The apprentice and was so very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The gentleman training him was doing a very good job and explaining everything to him and myself. Price was great. Very satisfied with the service from them

We needed service on our air conditioner after hours. The staff person who answered the phone was very helpful. We had our problem resolved in a timely manner by Troy. He was very pleasant and friendly, even though it was late in the day. He analyzed the problem and had it fixed quickly.
