everyone from setting up the appointment to the service representative was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. When an appointment had to be rescheduled, Potter did it quickly, making certain. that I was pleased with the rescheduled appointment and the service technician.
Great experience with Potter Heating and Cooling of Canandaigua ! They removed our old oil burning boiler and installed the new one, along many old components. Great crew of employees; Chris Stock, Sebastian Irizarry, Cody Kelly and Josh all very friendly and professional. After the job was completed the basement was cleaned perfectly. This is a Veteran owned business and I highly recommend them for all heating, cooling and plumbing jobs that you may have.

Both Troy and Antonio came to complete the annual inspection service. They were both pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. It's hard to find dedicated workers in the trade. They both are highly recommended.
Kyle was great. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough cleaning and inspection. I'd definitely want him to come back in the future.
I don't often write reviews, but let's face it, we're dependent on sharing feedback on particular services as some industries are prone to bad experiences. I am here to tell you that Potter is the opposite: I was very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness, conduct, and - most importantly - outcome of their visit.
The costs might not be the most competitive on the market, but the relationship of workload, material & price seems fair, justified and transparent. The ability to explain the process, issue, and solution was next to none I have ever experienced, and I feel I am not only left with a working heater but a better grasp on the "inner workings" of my unit, resulting in better possibilities to identify issues and taking care of my installations.
Potter Heating, Cooling and Plumbing were the greatest. They were informative, polite and were super easy to discuss the situation with. I will certainly feel free to call on them again.
