They were able to get out fast, Troy was solid and worked fast, needed to get a little creative to make the final fix work and the boiler's running great now!
Technicians were dispatched in a timely fashion. Technicians were both knowledgeable and curious. They fixed my problem within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Potter to anyone.

I had a great experience with Sebastian at Potter! I had two toilets that had leaked through my ceiling, and he knew exactly what it was. The price was reasonable, which is hard to come by these days. He was kind and patient with my issues. They also have great monthly programs for plumbing & hvac issues, around $12 a month to become a member. He was very respectful of my home and even put up with my wild dog haha. 5 stars all around! I have a Rinnai combi boiler that had never been flushed and temperature sensor was going wild and was showing high pressure, is an old model that is no longer available in market, so you can imagine all kind of problems was having.
I called Potter Heating Cooling and sent me a nice person called Troy Hotaling who immediately saw all the issues with my boiler.
Told me that this boiler was not flushed due lack of valves needed for that ,which he successfully installed and started to do the flushing.
But job was not totally done because needed some steps; so next dayTroy was on another appointment and unable to be in my house and they sent Kenny Stellwagen and put caps on boiler drains and also blew out condensate trap for boiler and told me that the line was incline in opposite way, which I was really grateful for that tip , very professional guy this Kenny.
And next day came in my favorite guy Troy and fixed all the bad lines and corrected the condensate trap line also.
Today my old boiler is working like new thanks to the people of Potter Heating which I will be calling from now on for my annual maintenance or if anything arise during operation.
Will be looking again for Mr. Super Troy , kudos to him.
And also for Courtney who was very professional and calm and willing to address any questions I had.
Thanks again Potter and Heating , you guys have a new customer from now on.
