Shawn and Ryan arrived promptly both days and worked steadily replacing our entire furnace and tying in the AC compressor we added as well. Job was done so fast, and the guys are also polite and funny, so it was really a joy to have them on the job. Jake listened to our needs and wrote up a quote that was perfect for the house, then returned when it matched my schedule to discuss the work they had done and how to operate and maintain the new system. We could not be happier with the results, and when winter crept back in this week, the system proved to be quiet and efficient at keeping our new house comfortable. We would recommend this team, and Potter in general, to anyone.

If you are looking for a company that answers their phone and talks to you in a professional manner and actually arrives at the time they tell you they'll be at your home, then this is the company you should contact. I was told upfront what the cost was going to be for the service they were going to provide. Very refreshing.
