I called Potter on a Sunday morning when I realized the AC unit had been running all night, yet the house temp was 80. They had someone out within 60 minutes. They fixed the issue within an hour. No major parts needed. To say I was relieved is an understatement. Extremely professional and reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them. Thank you!
