I gave these guys a try based on recommendations from our community Facebook page, and I was not disappointed. Troy arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and courteous, and he had my AC back up and running quickly. I was very happy with the service. 5 stars.
Scheduling was easily done on-line on a Sunday evening. I received a call from the office verifying the service request I made promptly Monday morning with an anticipated arrival time within 48 hours after my request. I was graciously contacted by the office to inform me that my Technician was finishing up another local job and he would be at my home promptly upon completion which was indeed the case. Ryan was professional, personable, and knew exactly what he was doing. My A/C was operational less than one hour after his arrival. Thank you Potter HVAC for your prompt and courteous service and professionalism.
