I got onto a bi-annual service agreement with Potter Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Co. because of the emergency work they did for me on my furnace a few years ago. They are without a doubt one of the best companies I've ever had in my home. They just finished the spring AC check-up with a full report, full explanation, on time...everything. Thank you!

Potter just installed a new furnace and A/C to replace the 21- and 26-year-old units they installed when they were new. I have had contracts for annual inspection and service for many years. I've had very few issues with my units, but they promptly come to fix whatever does happen. The service people are well trained and I have never had a call back for any work done. I highly recommend Potter

Excellent Service!!! We had a new heating unut installed that had a few glitches. Our service tech came out straight away on Saturday and Sunday with parts to resolve the problem. We cannot speak highly enough of Potter.
